Mark is a seasoned executive with over thirty years of experience and a rich background in finance, operations, and technology. He most recently served as the Chief Growth Officer at Easy Dynamics Corp–a cyber security firm specializing in identity management. He drove strategic initiatives and business expansion for the company that experienced double digit growth each year. During his tenure the firm was recognized across the industry–The Cyber Guild named the company as its Emerging Leader for its role-modeling cybersecurity advancement and SECAF named the company its Small Business Contractor of the Year.

He is recognized for his outcome-oriented leadership and ability to manage complex delivery teams and strategic initiatives across multiple organizations. His experience also includes a significant tenure at Accenture and Unisys Corporation, where he provided sales leadership for IT Service Management consulting, strategy, process, and technology projects for diverse clients. Prior to his corporate career, Schmitt earned his undergraduate Accounting degree at St. Bonaventure University and an MBA from the College of William & Mary – Raymond A. Mason School of Business. He also holds a CPA certificate in Virginia.
